Accreditation Renewal Due Dates

Calendar-iconIt's important to understand when each component of your accreditation application is due. Since the Commission reads applications on a rolling basis, each year is divided into rounds. To find out what renewal year and round your accredited land trust has been assigned, download this Excel spreadsheet.

 

2027 Renewal Application Due Dates

Round 1 Renewal

  • Registration opens July 29, 2026 and closes September 30, 2026
  • Pre-application due October 27, 2026
  • Main Application due February 2, 2027

Round 2 Renewal

  • Registration opens December 1, 2026 and closes February 9, 2027
  • Pre-application due March 9, 2027
  • Main Application due June 22, 2027

Round 3 Renewal

  • Registration opens July 6, 2027, and closes August 3, 2027
  • Pre-application due August 31, 2027
  • Main Application due November 16, 2027
